I don't understand what you are trying to do here. What is "screening"?

Does anyone know how to screen reference file?  I check the other reference file which plot out screening so I set override color to that number (#8), but mine is not plotting out the way I want it to.  Thanks in advance for your help.  By the way I'm using MicroStation V8 XM.
