I'm sure my answer is way too late at this point. And it's not going to matter much anyway.

If you've closed the file, then there is no way to get your data back. MicroStation XM will automatically compress out deleted elements. So when you re-open the file the trace of those elements are gone for ever.

If you were to use the undo command before exiting the file then it would have likely recovered just fine as long as the undo buffer wasn't exceeded. It's a pretty big buffer.

Hi!

I made a bad mistake, and I don't know what to do now..

I 'm using a microstation powerdraft XM version..and i was working on some plans…and decided to paste some blocks of furniture on the same file….

I wanted to create a new file with just the furniture blocks so i deleted my plans and re-name the file and save it with the blocks only…thinking the original one wouldn't be affected.. I was wrong….:(

Any way to get that file back the way it was??
