Does anyone have any ideas or has knowledge of software that can be used for a better manipuation of cit files. We are attempting to match up old hand written designs (similar to roads and are now cit files) with  the new updated design files in Microstation. We have been attempting to do this using irasb warp tool but it is proving to be extremely inaccurate for us. If someone has info on some software out there that could possible do a better job, please let me know.
