The best tool for the job is likely going to be FileFixer from Axiom. If you send them your file, they can run it and see if the data is there to be recovered.

Since EDG was suggested, I have to guess you're using MicroStationJ. If so, EDG is the right first step. If you know how to use it it might be helpful.

Can anyone help with how to repair a corrupted file?

Lost 6 hours worth of input … totally disapperaed. I've been told to run the EDG program but can't seem to get it to work.Confused
