Hello LK!

Sorry for the delay in answering but this had to be put to the Grand Council of Mice:

There are 2 different methods for prioritizing the visibility of elements. The first is how they are visually represented in the
views of the ‘live drawing’ and the second is the order in which they are plotted/printed. The physical reordering of
visible layers is not an option.

The first option is accomplished by first selecting the item or creating a selection set, then bringing the items to the front
from the ‘Edit’ drop down menu. There is also a MicroStation Key-in that can be activated that will allow you to select
individual items quickly one right after the other.

The second is to prioritize the elements as they are submitted to the plotter/printer. This method is done with
MicroStation Pen Tables. This method does not affect the way items are viewed inside the MicroStation Views.
