"zacharym" Anyone out there with irasb knowledge? Trying to get cit files to conform to new data.  Any tips, tricks, cheats would be greatly appreciated.
Warp tool is not cutting it. :(

"VeN" Warp tool is not a cutting tool. This tool is used to pin down raster data to its assigned points in vector or dgn file. Tool that are use for cutting raster pixel are irasb erase or irasb delete rectangle. The othe tool is "extract" from pull down menu where you can extract raster file from the loaded raster data and save it on another file. (this is more likely the 'Save Fence' command from the microstation.
I dont know what other data you mean, but cit files can be can be converted to other raster file. (i.e. tg4, rle, bmp, and tif extension). Whole rater image can be converted to dgn file using "raster to dgn" from pull down menu.
