Unfortunately there is no automatic dimension tolerance in MicroStation for 0.5 of a unit. As you have probably discovered, you can only set accuracy to whole numbers or a single decimal place. You will have to make the request of Bentley to add that accuracy as an option. You do have a choice to set accuracy to 1/2 but the output is always fractional rather than decimal. For example, 14.8 would display as 15 but 14.7 would display as 14 and 1/2 rather than 14.5.
