What I meant by "not cutting it"

What I meant by "not cutting it" meant that it wasn't working.

What we have are similar to old hand drawn road maps that have been scanned in to our system and are now cit files. The updated and actual location of the roads have been drawn in Microstation and we would like the information from both to match up. Since the roads aren't always straight it has been a bit difficult. We also have to be careful with warping or extracting sections  since these maps are to scale and include property lines, right of way info, etc. So far, the warp has not been an accurate tool for us but we didn't know if there was something else out there we were missing.
