Hi, All. I am new to the site and very new to Microstation database (so please be kind)
I have a dgn, created a database, connected the database, created a MSCATALOG.
When I try to proform an query I get, Table not present in MSCATALOG. But it is, it's like working with a ghost, there but not there.
I am having problems attaching the element to the database. I have searched and thus far cannot find the missing steps.
I have received messages: No element linked to the current rows. The element does not satisfy the database criteria and No linkages found.

I cannot define the element, I cannot get an active entity.

Can anyone please help a newbie.   :(
