Is there a tool which would allow me to select all similar components in the area for volume calculation and provide a table?

The concrete was modelled using Triforma then using Reports and Quantities (easy to follow). I selected those components which I required to be calculated and included in the list. The report was saved in the project directory and opened as an EXCEL file which provided a detailed report of each component calculated. This allowed for verification of the numbers and quantities of each type after which a summary was compiled to seperate the components into footings, piers, slabs etc.
